Each business location is responsible for placing 1 or 2 barricades labeled “No alcohol beyond this point” along the footprint of the event. Your location will be pre-assigned where to set up the barriers and the signs must be placed on the sidewalk by 10:30am for each monthly event. If you are unable to fulfill this duty, please reach out to the Chamber to discuss other ways you can help. *

The Cloverdale Wine Walk is a monthly “ticket only” event taking place the first Saturday of the month, October 2024 through May 2025, 11am- 3pm. As a host location you will be responsible for contacting the winery/vendor you will be hosting to ensure that both parties will have everything you need to have a successful event (ex. table, tablecloth, dump bucket…). You are required to be set up for the wine walk at 11am and host for the entirety of the event. Wineries/vendors are not permitted to be left alone in your location during the event. It is your responsibility to be on premises during the event for any questions from either your winery/vendor or guests of the CWW. Wineries are not permitted to set up on public walkways. If you are hosting on a patio, the chances are high that it may rain during the event so be sure to have a space available inside your business. Each beverage retailer will be responsible for checking each guest for an event wrist band, event ticket and will be responsible for marking off your location on each ticket. Each guest is only permitted to visit your location one time during the event. Repeat visits are not permitted. As the hosting location, please be sure your winery/retailer is aware of their responsibilities. *
